"The bathroom ceiling is slanted bc of the space constraint. If I were a tall man, it would be very uncomfortable to take a shower. The cleaning was not done by the time I returned to hotel around 4:30 Pm. I requested the next day to get the room cleaned by 2:00 Pm. They did a good work."

"I was quite impressed by how clean everything was - clean and nice showers/toilets etc. Pods are actually quite cosy, for one night was absolutely fine! However, I had a faulty light system in my room which meant a light stayed on all night and no response from staff... tried to contact the team ..."
