"They pictures are TOTALLY MISLEADING. They only rent TINY CUBBY HOLES. LIKE SLEEPING ON A COFFIN. MUST CLIMB UP A LADDER. SHOOVE YOUR LUGGAGE ON TOP OF YOUR RV MATTRESS. "Paid for upgrade of room, payment was taken twice. On check out I was told I would automatically get refunded the second payment. This was 3 weeks ago and despite numerous emails, I have not been refunded. Very frustrating, very poor customer service."
