Large apartment in great location.

Great apartment, plenty of Space for 4 people. Close to train stations and other public transport. Nice eating places around. Would certainly stay here again.

Terrible Experience

I booked this through Expedia, it was confirmed and fully paid months before arrival. The day of the arrival, I tried to contact the office to let them know that it will be a late check-in, but no one answered. By the time I arrived to the street of the "hotel", the address did not provide a flat number, so I had to call to ask for exact location. A lady picked, but kept telling me to call back during their office hours 9am - 4pm, even though check-in time is after 4pm. Comes to find out that she's the housekeeper and she somehow got to the files and apparently the hotel has cancel my reservation, without notice. I called Expedia and they were unaware of this matter, they were unable to get in-touch with the hotel either. Expedia can't give me explanation nor the hotel of why my reservation was cancelled and neither of them is refunding my money back. I would not book this hotel because it seems like all the information on the Expedia page for this hotel is not true.

El entorno es muy bueno, aunque la parada del metro está más lejos de lo que dicen. Buen lugar: tranquilo y bonito, aunque para mi gusto un poco lejos Estaba limpio y ordenado, muy bonito Pero las camas muy incómodas, no eran colchones eran colchonetas de tumbona y en el sofá cama se te clavaban todas las tablas. Es una pena que una estancia tan bonita lo pierda por culpa de un colchón mejor, bueno, un colchón.

Stay and be accused of stealing. Never again.

Then hotel was good. But these guys that are managing it are rip off. I never been spoken to in such disrespect. We looked after the apartment cleaned up and put everyone back in place. Then they accuse us of stealing 3mugs that where never there and then charged us 4 pounds each with handling fee of 10 pounds. Total rip off and greedy. Never again

Nice but not perfect

Nice enough apartment (Comeragh), although dark as it is a basement apartment. Kitchen was good and plenty of space but the general quality was lacking, shabby furniture and fittings. Also a very overpowering smell of cleaning products that becomes quite sickly. Great location minutes from West Kensington tube with Tescos, Coop and Waitrose all within 5 mins walk, plenty of amenities nearby Biggest gripes not with the apartment itself but the clear disconnect between the proprietors and Hotels.com. I booked last minute the day before my stay and despite booking and making a full payment on Hotels.com I immediately received a tirade of emails telling me I needed to log into their website and pay a £200 deposit immediately or my booking would be cancelled. I needed to contact them as the login details they provided to do so were incorrect. Not something I expect to do after booking through Hotels.com. Be careful also of the address details, the listing is for multiple apartments in multiple locations not one. Not one for a quick business trip or last minute booking but pleasant enough, no major grips. Deposit returned promptly after stay

Nice apartment close to Tube and Chiswick High Rd

Pleased with the facilities and cleanliness, but the beds were to low and to soft. The low beds were difficult to get in and out off and the mattress's were to soft being uncomfortable for two sharing, it was like sleeping on a trampoline. The rest of the apartment was excellent value. Change the beds and there is very little wrong.

Holiday Lets London, 95 Iffley Road, W6 0PD

Having had to make a booking for 4 nights at a location with easy access to Central London I settled on Holiday Lets London as my choice because the photographs of the accommodation looked fantastic. The flats are situated in a residential area near Shepherds Bush. You are within walking distance of Shepherds Bush and the nearest Tube Station is Goldhawk Road. You need to provide them with ID in the form of a drivers license copy and also a £200 deposit even if you have paid for the accommodation. If you do not get contacted by their admin you will need to chase them up by phone and organise this prior to arrival or you will find there is no Reception point and everything is organised by email. The apartment I rented was spacious and well laid out with a terrace balcony and outdoor seating. There were two bedrooms and a well presented bathroom. The Lounge area and kitchen was large and with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The owners have provided a large screen TV with freeview and you have a fully fitted kitchen ( the cutlery was hard to find having been placed in a drawer under the private cabinets which had a lockable code ) I still do not know You can park on the street outside from 5pm through to 9am in the morning which is fantastic and there was plenty of space every evening. *Paid £460 for 4 nights for Flat 3. Apartment booked has 2 bedrooms with double beds. Could sleep additional persons in main lounge if pushed.

非常に狭い階段昇降がスーツケースを持っては非常に大変であった。駅からも歩きではやや離れている。トイレットペーパーなど備品の予備もなく少し困った。

Bonne adresse à garder sous le coude

Petit studio pas mal du tout, la chambre était propre, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages un peu avant 16h (heure à laquelle la chambre devait être disponible). Il s'agit en fait d'une maison coupée en plusieurs studios, le Iffley 1 était au sous sol avec quasi pas de fenêtre, mais nous y étions juste pour dormir donc pas dérangeant. Nous n'avons pas testé la cuisine équipé qui en tout cas paraissait bien, par contre la salle de bain était très agréable, moderne et propre, avec un sèche cheveux au mur et une douche un peu compliquée à prendre en main au début (écran tactile, lumière, musique, jets d'eau ...), en fait il faut juste utiliser le robinet du milieu pour avoir une douche "normale". Par contre nous étions 5 et il n'y avait qu'un seul vrai lit (en plein milieu de la pièce), le reste était deux "coussin-tapis" qui formaient un canapé une fois plié. Au total on peu quand même y dormir jusqu'à 6 mais ceux qui seront sur les morceau du canapé devront aimer les matelas très dur et pas trop grand.
