Royal Garden Hotel
So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free.

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
The room was clean but very dated. Notable problems included a poor shower (the bath ran at the same time).
