"It’s our second time here in Park Plaza Westminster. I love how spacious the rooms are. I booked a studio room for 3 persons. Location is tops, near the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower. There are bus stops between a 3-5 min walk. Nearest underground is Waterloo which is an 8min walk."

"Room was dirty, so many issues. Had to switch rooms twice. Was given a room with dirty sheets was given another room with Beatles. At least there were no bedbugs was getting emails about being checked out during my stay. If I knew better, I would’ve stayed somewhere better but it was OK for the price. ..."
