Room was tidy. Not clean. Marks on surfaces. Smelt horrible. Hallway smelt foul. WiFi was good. Staff were staff. They were efficient but there was definitely not service with a smile

Honestly a very large room for London. Not much of a view from my room but a good trade off as it made the room very quiet at night. Having access to a small kitchen was really nice. 24/7 front desk and they were all really friendly
