Não sei como conseguiram essa nota no Hoteis.com. O Hotel fica numa ótima localização. Próximo a hoteis excelentes no centro de Londrina, mas para por aí. Haviam pelos e cabelos na cama e no banheiro e pra piorar, haviam pessoas tocando violino no quarto ao lado (começaram as 19:00.. saí pra jantar e quando retornei s 22:00 ainda estavam tocando alto) Inacreditável! Acabei indo embora na mesma noite pois não conseguiria descansar. Não tem equipe, havia apenas um atendente pra lidar com todo o Hotel. O prédio tem uma energia pesada, parece um hotel abandonado, é medonho! Não tenho frescura com hoteis, mas esse realmente não deu.. Primeira e última vez. Espero que possam um dia reformarem o hotel de acordo e oferecer o mínimo de higiene e atendimento coerente. Poderiam explorar melhor o estacionamento (que por sinal é péssimo, estreito e você mesmo precisa estacionar, além de ser cobrado) oferecendo serviços de manobrista, ainda que custasse um pouco mais caro, mas nem isso.

Cafe da manhã abaixo do nível dos hotéis do mesmo patrao, cafe impossivel tomar, o pó de baixíssima qualidade, é possivel perceber que primam pelo preço que compram nao pelo que servem aos hospedes. A equipe wue atende no cafe é muito simpática e prestativa. Isso ameniza a ma impressão

Pontos positivos: Localização, limpeza, chuveiro, pessoal.Pontos negativos: A TV é do século passado, de tubo, que está com imagem escurecida, 1 elevador e o outro não funcionando, móveis antigos, o sabonete que não é sabonete. Comentários. Quando vc cobra por um serviço esse serviço deve justificar o valor cobrado. Porém, espero que o hotel se modernize por que tem tudo pra ser uma excelente opção de hospedaria em Londrina.

Pessima, horrivel!

Olá. Gostaria de manifestar minha total insatisfação com a minha estadia no hotel, e também com o serviço prestado. Nada do que é dito no anúncio é de fato verdade, as acomodações são desconfortáveis, a privada não funciona corretamente, o chuveiro sai pouca água, e é difícil encontrar uma temperatura pois ou é muito quente ou muito gelada. As toalhas de banho estavam sujas de xixi aparentemente de algum animal, e tem uma porta onde dá acesso ao quarto ao lado, a mesma estava destrancada e o quarto ao lado estava também ocupado por mais hóspedes. Além de todo transtorno por um péssimo atendimento da recepção, tive que lidar com o fato de me sentir extremamente inseguro, temendo pela minha integridade física e também da minha família que também estava hospedada neste mesmo hotel e passaram por péssimas experiências também. Péssimo hotel e serviço, não indico e nunca mais me hospedo nesse lugar.
