"Lovely room Well equipped and comfortable My stay was short because of my schedule, but if I am in the area again I would choose to stay at the same place Parking is a public lot right behind the hotel Hotel is right in the centre of town Staff were very helpful over the phone and gave instructions and useful information which assisted me getting where I needed to be in time"

"The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone. The rooms themselves were both lovely that we had booked. A double and a family room both lovely rooms.We did have a powercut to our room which meant we could not shower in the morning but that wasn’t a major deal for us and being a Sunday there wasn’t much they could do to get someone out quickly but the staff were quick at least trying to look themselves and see if it was an easy fix. Would definitely stay again. Thank you"

"Fantastic proce for sunh a good quality hotel. We stayed one night because we were going to a concert in Colchester. We jumped on the train at Marks Tey, maybe 10 mins walk, and were there super quick. Very convenient. The room was really nicely furnished and clean, with some nice little touches you dont get with Premier Inn. Breakast was buffet, and perfectly fine with hot and cold choices. Parking was £8/day. Really pleased with our choice."
