I had been emailing the hotel about the incident since the morning, and I didn't understand why I had to explain everything to the manager again. The manager even suspected my mother, who was staying with me, which made me very angry. I ended up going to the police station and reporting the theft. They refunded me the hotel fee, but the amount was less than 1/3 of the price of the money I lost. Since they are no longer being manufactured, I can't buy the earrings and necklace again.
