"Travelled with our child and the triple room was plenty big for the 3 of us. Staff were lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very difficult time getting a cab from the train station to the hotel so I suggest one be booked in advance if that is how you are arriving. The area of the hotel was 10/10. "

The location is unbeatable — right at the foot of the stunning Roman aqueduct, making it the perfect starting point to explore Segovia on foot. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient, providing quick and friendly service during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism was much appreciated.
