We booked this hotel because we needed something close to the airport. The free shuttle was very convenient and the waits were short both times we used it (I liked that it only picked up from one other hotel). The front desk staff was fantastic and let us check in early (I know this isn't always possible due to availability so it was greatly appreciated). Our room was great. It was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the comforter was very cozy. We'll definitely be staying here again if we have another layover in LA.

The hotel rooms were clean. One thing that was not disclosed was that they’re gonna charge you upwards of 100 bucks to park overnight on site. That’s a game changer for me. One other thing to think about is to check on the construction in the area because the roads were all torn up. This seems to be normal at LAX these days, I was told. Staff was friendly and the rooms were fine.
