“The hotel is located at suberb area which looks like new town. It took 7 min. from the downtown of Kartagena by my car. Spacious parking places. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and provided precise information for Kartegena tourism. Grocery store, ALDI, was within walking distance. Room was spacious. But bedding was average.”

“Très bien. Nourriture excellente. Belles piscines. Chambre confortable”

“Very good location n comfortable!!!! ”

“Had an excellent stay at this hotel with family,no complaints.”

“Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Just exceptional quality all round - faultless”

“The Servigroup Galúa is an excellent hotel. It has a fantastic location right on a clean, excellent beach with crystal-clear water. The hotel restaurant is exceptional, offering a first-class variety of foods that is much better than local restaurants. I stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and I am looking forward to going back!”

“Good staff, good location, Very clean and overall can say 4 star place. Definitely back again”

“All receptionists were nice, good location (hotel located between train station and centre of town), use of gym through the hotel was also nice”

“It's a nice, clean basic hotel close to the town centre. It's also good value”

On reviendra. Gracias.”
