The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive
Room was clean and cozy. Balcony view was beautiful. Elevators were quick and efficient. Pool was cool and refreshing. Staff was friendly. Drinks were as strong as you wanted them. Buffet breakfast were the best. Dinners not as good. Mexican restaurant in resort was not good.
