Mattresses were in bad shape and we were told they could not be changed (even though there is a room of spare mattresses) and there were no other rooms free. Hotel Taburiente
We had a nice, cozy and quiet room overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. The hotel has spacious common area, something one would not assume by just looking at the front.

The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem.
