"I arrived and left feeling disappointed. My first stay at this brand and not at all the experience I expected from a Ritz Carlton property. For the price, I felt my room was very dated and gave off a strange vibe. Maybe it was the wall of shutters between bathroom and bedroom. And shutters on the bathroom door without a fan. There was a major lack of privacy within my own room as well as adjoining rooms. It just felt gross to have walls that people can hear each other through. The property...
