"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. "Very Clean property. Very clean room and bedroom. Staff went over and beyond expectations when we arrived at our room which wasn’t set up for the four of us yet. Very friendly gentleman took care of us. 😊 My only complaint is that we stayed there during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning. Not really a complaint but mostly an observation.
