"Corner room with balcony is a good option. A nice hotel but we felt overpriced unless there’s an offer on by Hyatt off. Dining area needs a revamp. Don’t bother with the buffet evening meal as it’s not particularly good & is expensive for the quality provided. There are a number of decent beach facing restaurants facing the beach too the right of the Andaz. Overall our stay was good but not great. "

The doors were closed, and the security guard informed me that there was no information about my reservation and that he couldn't let me in. We called various numbers, but no one answered.
