Emplacement à la vue exceptionnelle !

L'atout majeur de cette établissement est la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse et la piscine à débordement. Notre chambre était simple mais confortable et l'environnement est très calme. Le dîner était vraiment délicieux, le personnel très accueillant, sympathique et attentif. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé et en dessous ce que l'on pourrait attendre par rapport au très bon niveau du restaurant. Nous reviendrons toutefois avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long.

sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht und sehr gutem Restaurant! da wir 5 Nächte da waren, würden wir nächstes Mal mit Halbpension buchen, denn die normale Speisekarte ist sehr klein und zu Fuss ist nur noch ein Restaurant erreichbar!

Manque d'amabilité du personnel de réception. Pour faire le check-out, personne à l'accueil avant 8h00 et personne disponible pendant le service donc on nous dit de redescendre après 23h... Aprés réclamation, une personne (à priori le patron), vient en affichant une attitude très agressive à notre égard. Dommage car site trés sympathique.

Nous pensions passer une bonne soirée dans cette etzbliddrment pisqie outre le lohis nous souhaitions y dîner. Mais la reception nous a refusé au pretexte que le restaurant etait complet Nous abons fait valoi quayant des problèmes de vue et de mobilité je soujaitaisavoir à faire- le moins de deplavent surtoutde nuit maid celz ne mes a pzs incite à faire le moindre effort (nous etions prets à diner à l"heure qui conviendrait au service)

L'hôtel mise tout sur la vue et il a raison car elle est magnifique ! Maintenant le personnel est froid, désagréable et désorganisé. Chambre extrêmement datée et sans vue, car sur une haie sur le côté de l'hôtel. Les repas et Petit dej simplistes pour le prix et le service.

Oui la vue est belle mais …

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la vue et la piscine. Et sur ces plans l’hôtel est très bien, bien qu’en forte saison la terrasse est plutôt chargée en raison de l’afflux de clients… Sur les autres aspects : La literie de l’hôtel est de piètre qualité (matelas & oreillers) et nous avons tous mal dormi. Le petit déjeuner est des plus standard Heureusement qu’il y avait la vue.

Pas mal pour la vue et le resto

Site plutôt sympa et personnel pour la plus part accueillant. La vue est surprenante et le restaurant raffiné. Deux bémols. Le premier les chambres sont confortables mais la déco un peu vieillotte et une bouilloire avec quelques cafés instantanés seraient les bienvenus. Deuxième bémols, la réservation indiquait une climatisation, ce qui dans les faits n’était pas le cas. Après la première, j’ai indiqué vouloir quitter l’établissement et ne pas donner suite aux 2 autres nuits réservées. Par miracle, nous avons pu avoir une chambre climatisée.

Mauvais accueil, juste une vue

Accueil détestable et impersonnel, bonjour voilà votre clef … pas de wifi p’tit dej mesures sanitaires explications de l établissement piscine … en clair, démerdez-vous … L’établissement est vieillot, la vue sauve cet établissement mais ça fait cher la vue du coup. Le restaurant est correct mais si la vue ne vous intéresse pas, alors préférez des restaurants bien mieux à proximité. Bref, l’accueil détestable nous a refroidit, le patron qui s’embrouille avec un livreur devant tout le monde nous a terminé.

Excellent séjour, rapport qualité prix imbattable

Nous avons sejournez en couple au Relais de Castelnau durant 4 nuits. Chambre : La chambre était composée d'une salle de bain avec baignoire, un peu étroite mais confortable, de toilettes, d'une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux accolés et d'une terrasse. Nous avons déploré l'absence d'un vrai lit double. Les matelas étaient assez fermes mais confortables, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avions une terrasse avec une vue magnifique. C'est un excellent souvenir pour nous. Rien que pour cela, l'hôtel vaut le détour. Service : Le personnel a la reception était très aimable et disponible. Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous l'avons trouvé bon mais pas exceptionnel. Les desserts manquent d'originalité (creme brûlée/tarte tatin/fondant au chocolat), j'aurais voulu quelque chose de plus local. Le personnel passe dans les chambres, le port du masque manque de rigueur. Nous avons été agacé de voir notre chambre encore occupée laissée ouverte pendant que nous étions parti en promenade alors que j'avais laissé mon portefeuille. Il n'y avait aucune surveillance. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu simple mais bon. Piscine : La piscine est un vrai plus pour l'hôtel. Elle est suffisamment profonde pour nager et la vue y est imprenable. L'eau est fraîche mais sous plus de 30° ce fut très agréable. A proximité : L'hôtel est entouré de villages magnifiques, de grottes, de parcs animaliers, d'expositions et de restaurants.

A pleasant stay

A great place to escape to and in great location overlooking the countryside. the staff were every courteous and extremely helpful, the restaurant staff were efficient too. the menu was short but what was on offer was great. two small negatives, there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea of coffee, especially after a long journey.and the other negative was a curtain over a bath which meant having a shower without having the curtain sticking to your body was impossible.
