"I was at this hotel last summer, and i was overall satisified with the quality. Silent, local hotel that lays close to most of the things in Loviisa. What I didn't like so much was the fact that the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust behind the TV, and dust on other edges. The staff was friendly and nice, and I could have notified them directly about it. Luckily i didn't spend much time on the hotel, as I only used it for a place to sleep. The pictures provided on...

"Very good in the decent basic hotel category. Clean, quite spacious, tea, coffee and an armchair in the room. Pleasant breakfast space. Very well located for both the bus station and the old town. Like many cheaper Finnish hotels, doesn’t have 24-hour desk coverage, though staff when there were efficient and polite. "
