“We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“The stay was nice however at 9:30 pm our air conditioner emitted a burning, hot smell that made our throats sore. We called the front desk and they quickly moved us to another room but it was inconvenient considering the later hour and the fact we were settled in for the night. We also did not receive any type of reimbursement or lowering of our bill for the trouble. The rooms/ facility was clean and nice but breakfast was ok. It was a little disappointing. Not as much offered as other hotels...

“I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do.”

“Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and spacious, bar is fantastic along with bartenders, food is great! It is our second time and I would stay again and again! I appreciate their love and respect of diversity. It is a safe place no matter who you are!”
