"We had a standard double room with balcony furnished in alpine-style. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The exceedingly friendly and hard-working hosts provide the real plus in staying here, however, with great service in all regards. The included breakfast was very good, and taking some of the food to make your picnic lunch was encouraged with plastic bags made available. Although not officially part of a hotel review, I can say that dinner at the hotel was excellent. "

Terrific breakfasts, possibly the best we had in Switzerland (which is saying something). "I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna. My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work...

"I stayed there, for its proximity to the end of the Engadin Ski Marathon and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this very, very old hotel is. It’s thoroughly modern, in excellent condition, has a superb staff, an impressive breakfast menu and is a very good value. "Charming hotel in the Swiss alps, perfect for an overnight stay during a motorcycle trip through the region. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower good. The restaurant was also great. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent for both meals. Staff were welcoming and very friendly at every encounter, from check in through check out, really excellent customer service, it was greatly appreciated after a long day riding.
