"Location is fantastic for a trip to Banff. Off the busy street but very short walk out the front door to all downtown Banff has to offer. Quiet, private balcony a major plus. Only criticism is that we could hear the normal level conversations of the people in the (locked off) adjoining room through the door."

"Such a beautiful hotel! We saw elk crossing the bow river from our room! The shuttle to downtown was convenient. Every drink and meal we had was excellent. Worth staying here for at least a few nights!!!"

"Staff esp. at the restaurant and gift shop were nice and attentive. The cabins are cute just hard to regulate the temperature with the propane fireplace but it was a nice added touch. The WiFi is hit or miss. Great location to hike the canyon."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views! The highway can be somewhat noisy, but the views make a little noise tolerable. The hotel restaurant offers delicious entrees, and our dinner was so delicious, service perfect and friendly staff! What will keep us from choosing this hotel for another stay is the thin walls. Our room was on the first floor, and we heard people walking in the room above us, the volume from their tv, and noise from moving furniture around was disturbing. Noise, was heard from the room next to us, on the first floor. A set of ear plugs can work!"
