“Amazing host and beautiful location, only down side is there’s a lot of steps although this cannot be changed. It’s the only bad thing other then that the property is clean well maintained, host was attentive and easy to talk too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 👌”

“This is an old school B and B; 4 guest rooms set in a 16th century building that had been a smithery. The hostess Valerie couldn't have been nicer, little customized breakfast when you want. Plus the location is amazing...almost all of the bars and restaurants in Bayeux are located along Rue St Jean, and this place is right at the east end of it. Also, if you're going on a Normandy tour, the tours tend to leave from the Place de Quebec just a couple hundred meters away.”

“We had a wonderful stay at La Jacotiere. Véronique was a wonderful host. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the shuttle to Mont St-Michel. One thing - there are only a few restaurants in the area, so it may be helpful to book dinner a day in advance.”

“Our hosts made us feel welcomed from the first minute when they awaited our early arrival at the front door. The room, the gardens and the house are beautiful and very comfortable. They provided us with an enormous breakfast that because of our travel issues we were too nervous to enjoy. But n any other day it would have been wonderful. Great place, great location, great hosts. ”

“Mycket trevlig värdinna som bjöd på en frukost där mycket var hemmagjort, till exempel olika sorters sylt och torkad frukt. En i resesällskapet var glutenintolerant och det var inga problem, utan värdinnan ordnade glutenfritt bröd från bageriet. Mycket härlig vistelse!”

“A beautiful place to stay for anyone visiting Mont St Michel! Christophe warmly greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our thoughtfully prepared room, which included phone chargers and cold drinking water. He gave us some excellent recommendations about the local area. Christophe prepared a delicious and generous breakfast for us in the morning. We felt right at home at his accommodation! Christophe was a fantastic host and we will recommend this place to anyone going to Mont St Michel. ”
