“Amazing host and beautiful location, only down side is there’s a lot of steps although this cannot be changed. It’s the only bad thing other then that the property is clean well maintained, host was attentive and easy to talk too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 👌”

“We had a wonderful stay at Les Vielles Digues. The hosts are very attentive and helpful with local recommendations. The room was saviour and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with homemade items prepared by the hosts. Location was perfect for visiting Mont St Michel either by foot or using the free shuttle bus.”

“This is an old school B and B; 4 guest rooms set in a 16th century building that had been a smithery. The hostess Valerie couldn't have been nicer, little customized breakfast when you want. Plus the location is amazing...almost all of the bars and restaurants in Bayeux are located along Rue St Jean, and this place is right at the east end of it. Also, if you're going on a Normandy tour, the tours tend to leave from the Place de Quebec just a couple hundred meters away.”
