“Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was large, but the shower stall was a bit small. Would suggest a little shelf to store foodstuff. Otherwise, the pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious and well portioned. Staff were friendly and accommdating. Jay, Kirby, Joshua and the chef were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning! ”

“This is our second time at Kariwak and we really love it. This time we visited for the hokidays and New Year. Basically you are staying in a small private botanic garden waking up to the sound of the next door, rooster, numerous birds singing,, with morning yoga and delicious included breakfast. “My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
