Very nice staff, breakfast was filling and delicious. Quiet and peaceful, right by the Mekong river. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the area, even on the other side of the river.

Neglected room, wasn't cleaned in 2 nights. First day there was no breakfast Room is dirty, unpainted, water faucets are loose and shower doesn't work correctly

This hotel showed 4 stars and 9.8 review rating. It was nothing of the sort. In reality it was run down with the tap and shower faucets both broken, lights not working, and a very dirty lobby floor. We were awakened at 6:45 each morning by banging around and loud talking right outside our door. The staff were inattentive and hardly looked up from their phones. We left two days early and they didn't bother to ask why. Very inexpensive, but we couldn't stay one more night and forfeited our money in order to find another hotel for the last two nights.
