“There was a sewage leak on the 8th and 7th floor east tower. Whole building smelled. The rooms were dated. Definitely not worth the money spent. Will never go back. Bahamas was great. Won’t stay there ever again.”

“The resort is super nice with slides and a lazy river. Nice large clean rooms. Didn’t like use of glass bottles around the pool area. The JWB restaurant was good, food elsewhere is decent. The staff were average mostly with a few exceptions. The 4th floor Infiniti pool has great views, spa and surrounding waterfall needs a facelift. Could do with some evening entertainment other than just the weekend. I Wanted to like it more, but was missing something to make it special.”

“This was the most horrible all inclusive resort that I have ever stayed in. I had to have my room changed due to the first room being extremely dirty, the bed was broke, one of the lamps in the room was broke, the lamp shade was dirty, the telephone was broke, and the curtains in the room were at least 40 years old and dirty. Once my room was changed I discovered that this room was not much better, there was water dripping from the ceiling, the curtains in the room were also at least 40 years...

“First time at the reef. Usually stay at coral, cove, or royal towers. Absolutely loved the reef the most out of all.”

“Just getting to Freeport is a pain, NJ to MIA then to Freeport. Only a one hour layover on the way there (5hrs 43mins to get there). Getting back to NJ not so good. The return flights are terrible Left Freeport at 1:50 arrived in MIA at 2:40, Had a 5 hour layover in MIA to get back to NJ. (9hrs 6 mins) plus a one hour delay Go to Nassau, bigger airport so you can get a direct flight there. The property itself was not very clean, the rooms were very outdated and dirty. There were way too many...

“The rooms were clean which is a very big priority for me . Most of the staff and a not friendly. My biggest issue was the breakfast buffet at The Tides . #1 the buffet assortment is very basic #2 we waited 45min for an omelette due to the staff not being prepared , even though the restaurant was open the staff member at the omelette station was not prepared nor in a hurry to start services . For the price of a basic buffet I would at least expect better service . Not everyone was unfriendly but...

“This place was amazing!! From the restaurants to the poolside bars which I was able to watch the World Cup! The pool is huge! The views are priceless! And the rooms are really nice.”

“Sandyport Beach Resort was the perfect place for me and my teen daughter. We wanted a low key resort where we were treated well but didn’t have to fight crowds. We had the lagoon beach practically to ourselves, it was amazing. We loved Da Conch Shack which was perfect for afternoon drinks or snacks by the pool.
