"Although this property was a little older, it was extremely clean, very well maintained! I didn’t think we needed a washer and dryer in our unit, but we absolutely did! Everything stays very moist because of the humidity, so none of the swimsuits would ever dry. Having the washer/dryer really came in handy to get all swimsuits washed and dried when we got back to the room. Love that our hotel was walking distance to the grocery store. Javi g a kitchen in our room was perfect for the kids! The sleeper sofa was also great quality. Our cleaning lady was nice and respectful as well as all of the staff. The main bellman (not the manager but the one who does everything) he was awesome! Always made sure we had a car, greeted us everytime we came down for the shuttle, he was very helpful! The shuttle run pretty much every 5 minutes. One of my fav details was the pool overlooked the ocean. If you don’t want to go to the waterpark and just want a more relaxing pool day, this pool was the best for a family in my opinion. It had a cute little kids area with splashing buckets as well as a bar for mom and dad! This property was perfect! I would stay again."
