The Coral at Atlantis
10/10 Excellent
"It’s paradise on earth, you have to go. There’s no way to describe it. It’s incredible. Bring lots of snacks because everything imported from US is very expensive, otherwise just expect the food to be more expensive because it is a luxury resort. They do have a Starbucks that I used for breakfast and prices are US prices, which was great. There’s no cheap market where you can buy snacks or breakfast items or anything. Anything close by it is very expensive and most of the items they don’t have."
The Royal at Atlantis

"The property is excellent, the food is great . The shake shack is the best by far. I’ve been here 9 times and always enjoy the trip . The bartenders and staff at the coral pool are the best! The staff at the Royal are just as great. The staff and servers at the kiddie pool are very rude ! The raised their voice when asked a question. They lack class! They do not compare to any of the other staff members at property. Very disappointed in their behavior. I’d like to talk to someone more about that experience in detail . It involves details about the bill and room key."

"Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great. Restaurant in the pool area serves delicious food. Being able to use some of the amenities at Atlantis is great. 5 minute walk to marina, shops, and restaurants. Definitely recommend."
Harborside Resort & Vacation Rentals at Atlantis

"Although this property was a little older, it was extremely clean, very well maintained! I didn’t think we needed a washer and dryer in our unit, but we absolutely did! Everything stays very moist because of the humidity, so none of the swimsuits would ever dry. Having the washer/dryer really came in handy to get all swimsuits washed and dried when we got back to the room. Love that our hotel was walking distance to the grocery store. Javi g a kitchen in our room was perfect for the kids! The sleeper sofa was also great quality. Our cleaning lady was nice and respectful as well as all of the staff. The main bellman (not the manager but the one who does everything) he was awesome! Always made sure we had a car, greeted us everytime we came down for the shuttle, he was very helpful! The shuttle run pretty much every 5 minutes. One of my fav details was the pool overlooked the ocean. If you don’t want to go to the waterpark and just want a more relaxing pool day, this pool was the best for a family in my opinion. It had a cute little kids area with splashing buckets as well as a bar for mom and dad! This property was perfect! I would stay again."

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."
