“I don’t really like the service”

“The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

“Very helpful and cordial staff. Have stayed at this property before and upgrades have been wonderful. Beautiful new dining area! This property is great for an overnight stay or if exploring Nassau. Highly recommend!!!!!!”

“Clean property and sufficient for a one night stay if you are just in transit through Nassau. Hotel offers airport pickup and drop offs and the owner is super friendly.”

“There was a door to adjoin rooms that had no insulation and I was woken up in the middle of the night and early morning to yelling and screaming by the people in the room next to me. When I told the front desk their only response was all the rooms where like that to call if I get woken up again. Also had no detergent to buy for laundry or coins. Had little idea of what time anything was actually open on their general area including food and convenience store. Walked twice to places they said...

“We couldn’t sleep , the kids for spring brake/summer break was horrible. Noises 24 hours, screaming and fighting at night . Staff unable to control them”
