"This hotel is a solid choice—clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly people. Your stay includes access to Atlantis amenities, including the water park. We also received free breakfast, a coupon for kids under 11 to eat free at the on-site restaurant, two free drinks, and a free appetizer. The restaurant was good; we all ordered char-grilled burgers and were happy with them. You can also call ahead for takeout. Right across the street is Atlantis and Marina Village. To the left is a small shopping area (we didn’t notice it until our last day) with a Dunkin’, a restaurant, and a beach shop for souvenirs. The only downside was the pool—it looked quite murky, possibly from heavy use, so we didn’t go in. On the main floor there’s a small common area with a microwave, tables, and a really nice coffee/latte/cappuccino machine. We used it once; after that someone had removed the power cord, so it was out of service. It’s about a five-minute walk to The Royal at Atlantis. To reach Aquaventure, enter through the main doors of The Royal, walk through the casino all the way to the reception area, head down the stairs to The Dig, and pick up your wristbands there. There’s no beach at the hotel itself—you’re expected to use the beaches at Atlantis or the public access nearby. We mostly used the hotel just to shower and sleep. I’d stay here again only if I was planning to spend most of my time at Atlantis."

"Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall."
