Iโd like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay that I hope can be helpful. First, I believe that enhancing the friendliness and engagement of the front desk staff could greatly improve the guest experience. A warm welcome can set a positive tone for the stay.
Additionally, I noticed that the jacuzzi was not operational during my visit. Given that we paid resort fees, it would be ideal for all amenities to be fully functional for guests to enjoy.
On a positive note, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by the cleaning personnel. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I believe they deserve recognition for their hard work.
Lastly, it might be a thoughtful gesture for the hotel to offer water to guests upon arrival, especially after a long flight, as Iโve experienced this at other hotels and found it quite welcoming.
Thank you for considering these suggestions; I believe they could enhance the overall guest experience. At this time, however, I feel we may need to explore other options for our future stays.
