While this property boasts a great location close to Chapel Bridge and a lovely 15-to-20-minute evening walk from the train station—the actual accommodations were below average. The space provides only the bare minimum and feels entirely uninviting. We found the floors to be wet and sticky upon arrival, the window curtains broken, and the Wi-Fi incredibly slow. The sofa bed was also broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Safety was our main concern: the kitchen handrail is broken, and the shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor, creating a major slipping hazard when trying to navigate the stairs in the dark at night. Lastly, since it was hot, we had to keep the windows open, but constant secondhand smoke from the neighbors made it difficult to get fresh air.

Well located with the bus and supermarkets very close by plus the laundrymat. Very helpful staff that helped with the TV, extra tea etc. the only problem was we were there for 9 nights and weren’t offered fresh linen or towels. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars to them as it was excellent for the money.

The apartment is big, clean and walking distance to downtown. It has a very good kitchen and a terrace quite big. The supermarket is just around the corner, so if you stay for a couple of days you can cook and feel yourself at home. The owner (or employee) is very nice. The only problem (which is not a big problem) is that the building is hard to find and it has nothing to recognize it, I guess because it's an apartment building and not all of the apartments belong to Galaxy's suites. Not big deal, but it can feel a little bit strange when you arrived, but once you're installed, everything is great.

The entryway to this building appears very run down and has a not so great smell to it. However despite that my room was newly renovated, clean and nice. These apartments are self service. Hotel staff isn't as attentive as a regular hotel. I had to ask for clean towels. It's an alright stay for the price. If they could get their entryway and halls cleaned up and less dingy that would help.
