The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Lucerne, but had a train and bus stop nearby. Walkable into the city if you like walking. Instructions to get into the building were confusing once you got your key out of the box outside. Waited until someone else went in, then realised had to tap the key (real key) on the door. Once in, again the lifts were confusing. Until we saw that you had to tap the key on another box and punch in your floor, not at the lifts though, around the corner of them. Anyway, if you want to save some money and stay out of the city, it’s good. Migros store nearby.

The only possibility to park the car is for money in the parking garage. One day ~40€. This information must be shown on the website offer.
We had no wlan !! System was broken, only the last 4 hours. Sorry thats a big restriction beeing on holiday in Switzerland, where the normal mobilphone contracts don´t work.
