“No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time.”

“The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and took care getting me the last ground floor room. Room needed a deep clean. I was awaken during the night with a bug crawling on my arm. The next morning I discovered a bug bite on my arm. It hurts. I attach a pic. Moving on…people sat in front of my room door on the stairs smoking that Mary Jane & god only knows what else. They were out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Couple of homeless people asked for cash for food. Do not bring...

“First of all the best thing was, the staff! The staff was truly amazing! But this place, this place was a mess. The room smelled like wet dog and mold and it was ice cold. The AC could not be adjusted. So either hot without the AC or cold with the AC. The beds were awful, the other hotel guests were loud. I can handle crying kids, but a blender and a domestic fight after midnight was insane. I'll never go back here!”

“The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Rooms were filthy and the property was on big party place all night. I recommend that the place gets condemned and demolished”

“I had to let the front desk know that my towels, bedding and cleaning wasn't taken care of for two straight days until I had to inform the front desk clerk more than once about the lack of services. Very disappointed in the service; which I shouldn't have had to mentioned in a hotel such as Quality Inn.”
