Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. "Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."

"Staff was rude to us as she was eating when we checked in. The so called sea view is a huge misrepresentation and the so called jazuzzi bathtub is not in working condition...the room description should be non working jacuzzi and extremely limited sea view with no amenities whatsoever. I would really like Expedia to enforced such irresponsible operator. I wil not recommend this hotel to anyone."
