“This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again. ”

“This was the second year I stayed at the Iona Street accomodations for my visit to the Fringe, and I am just as pleased as I was last year. The staff is friendly and helpful, cleaners are attentive and thorough, and I enjoy having a kitchenette to keep dining costs down. Access to public transport is convenient, and walking to or from the Fringe is only 30 mins (take Easter St for a prettier route). Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. “The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. “Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.”

“The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
