The hotel was basic, with all the usual stuff you find in an Ibis. The building and room were very outdated, but the room was clean and did the job for 1 night sleep before an early morning flight. The only 2 things I did not like was the lack of extra pillows ( the 2 pillows in the room were very thin) and the overpriced stay rate for what it is. Apart from this, the basic was provided.

Very appreciative that they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, having had a service failure with an existing booking and it being the day before we flew out on holiday. Bar was somewhat expensive, but bearing in mind the location is probably acceptable overall.

This hotel is a good 10/15 minute walk from the airport. The reception/bar area reminded me of a youth hostel. Reception and check in was good, the lady was very professional and welcoming.. The hotel room was in dire need of an overhaul. The carpet had stains and white powder around the room and bed (I hoped it was carpet freshener). Bed mattress seemed clean and bathroom (like a caravan) smelt of bleach so as I was staying one night I didn’t complain. Room decor was as old as the building. Harled walls. Broken remote. Shower had very little power.

This hotel is located very close to the airport. There is a bus stop 1 min away that takes you to departures for £2. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite small but fine for 1 night. Check in and out is simple. We've stayed a number of times now and have always been very satisfied.

I stayed at the IBIS Airport, as I had a very early flight in the morning. Its just a 6 minute walk to Luton airport terminal. Rooms were small and functional, to be expected for the price. The rooms were clean, though would need some updating. The best thing about it were the staff you were extremely attentive & helpful.

Very cheap price, 5 mins walk to airport. Very quick check in. Room was clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and milk provided in room. Hot shower. I couldn't hear any noise from other guests.

The staff were really lovely and overall it was clean and right near the airport. Our toilet would not flush but we only stayed for one night, we reported it but it was fully booked, instead staff offered a free drink and did there best. Think property needs refurbishment but other than that can not complain.
