"This boutique hotel is like a hidden gem. It's close to the main train station and within walking distance of shops and restaurants and major historical attractions. My room was cozy, clean and quite as I was on the 7th floor.Breakfast was bidder style and good."

"Perfect Lucerne location, walking distance to everything. The lounge area was a great place to have breakfast and enjoy take out food for dinner or lunch. Street noise a bit loud and the shower in the room made the whole bathroom wet but overall I can't complain. The location is the best and the staff were so nice and helpful. Reccomend!"

"I like the location close to a beautiful lake and the bus. The hotel provided us with free ticket passes to use the bus. I didn’t like the new remodel they’re doing to an old historic hotel. They are enlarging the bathrooms which make the bedrooms smaller. The hotel will look much better if they upgrade like for like. The breakfast was not good, same menu every morning."

"A wonderful location fifteen minutes walk from the centre of the town. Far enough away to avoid the bustle of the night life, but close enough to join in if you want. Definitely get a lake view room."

"Beautiful hotel with outstanding views with balcony on the river with views of the Old Chapel bridge, Mt Pilatus and the alps. Great customer service and close walking proximity to restaurants, Lake Lucerne, train station and old town. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel as well. Definitely will stay here again."
