“The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. “We prolonged our visit and stayed for 10 nights. Love El Nido and the friendly staff who helped us book several tours and gave us several recommendations. Place is simple, but they offer Coffe and tea on the terrass and is conveniently located close to stores and town. ”
