"I didnt get to stay at this particular hotel because the hotel manager said she gave away my booked reservation to another party without advance notice to me. It was not until I arrived at the hotel on the booked arrival date did I learn that the hotel would not honor the reservation. Moreover, the hotel manager did not make alternative lodging arrangements at another local hotel. . "
