Not a hotel. More like a student dormitory. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Shower and toilet dirty. They only clean surfaces. If so basic, the price should reflect.

hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

Hotel bien situé avec un parking. L'interaction humaine est réduite au maximum tout se passe en tapant un code. Chambres minimalistes vu le prix. Par contre rien a redire les fonctions sont assurées

O hotel é bastante confortåvel e o quarto é suficientemente espaçoso, com banheiro privativo. O chuveiro é bom, e o aquecimento da ågua é råpido e eståvel. O serviço de check-in foi råpido e eficiente. O hotel possui café da manhã buffet que pode ser contratado por dia a 9,90 euros. O local é silencioso, próximo ao Museu LumiÚre e a uma quadra do metrÎ linha verde, estação Monplaisir.

TrÚs mal géré

Chambre Ă  l’odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able- reflux de la salle de bain gĂȘnant- une lumiĂšre de chevet (murale) ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de sĂšche cheveux dans la chambre- une carte d’identitĂ© est demandĂ©e en consigne Ă  l’accueil sans signer aucun document de remise, ni de consentement (ce qui est interdit par la loi RGPD) pour prĂȘt d’un sĂšche cheveux (petit revlon) - au moment du Check out, oubli de restitution de la piĂšce par le service d’accueil- appel de l’accueil (avec un numĂ©ro surtaxĂ© uniquement) pour prĂ©venir de l’oubli- on nous parle de la nĂ©cessitĂ© de parler Ă  la responsable pour nous renvoyer la piĂšce en question. On nous prĂ©vient ĂȘtre tenus informĂ©s par mail, nous demandons alors s’ils ont bien le mail, l’hĂŽtesse se rend compte que non, elle n’a pas notre contact. Nous demandons un mail pour avoir le contact direct, nous recevons un mail vide de texte avec le contact de l’hĂŽtel. Je fais part sur cette adresse mail, de notre surprise Ă  la rĂ©action de l’agent d’accueil « vous n’avez pas demandĂ© la piĂšce au Check out », explique que c’est mon conjoint qui a rendu le sĂšche cheveux, et a tout de mĂȘme demandĂ© si tout Ă©tait ok pour le Check out.. la responsable en personne me rĂ©pond aprĂšs des excuses rapides pour la gĂšne occasionnĂ©e que comme « justement il s’agit d’une piĂšce importante, les clients n’oublient pas en principe de la demander » et nous enjoint Ă  envoyer une enveloppe affranchie Ă  nos nom et adresse pour le renvoi de notre piĂšce.. un Ă©change lunaire et inacceptable.

SĂ©jour moyen, il ne faut pas s’attendre Ă  du grand luxe Ă©videmment mais c’est correct pour ce que c’est. Il y a effectivement une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain (comme vu dans les commentaires), des choses un peu bancales comme par exemple une grande plinthe sous la douche cassĂ©e et le lit est un peu dur mais ça fait l’affaire, c’est des dĂ©tails peu gĂȘnants. Par contre, grosse dĂ©ception concernant les petits dĂ©jeuners. Je n’ai pas rĂ©servĂ© les petits dĂ©jeuners en mĂȘme temps que la chambre car je sĂ©journais la 1ere nuit avec ma sƓur, et la deuxiĂšme nuit seule, je ne voulais tout simplement pas payer 4 petits dĂ©jeuners pour en consommer seulement 2 ou 3. Dans le descriptif de l’hĂŽtel, il est indiquĂ© qu’il est possible de consommer le petit dĂ©jeuner sur place moyennant un supplĂ©ment de 8,90€ par personne (normal). Nous sommes arrivĂ©es au petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  7h, et on nous a dit que nous n’y avions pas droit car il fallait en fait rĂ©server la veille. A aucun moment on nous as prĂ©venus (ni la personne qui a fait mon check-in, ni l’hĂŽtel, ce n’est marquĂ© NUL PART dans l’hĂŽtel ou sur le site), ma sƓur n’avait pas Ă©normĂ©ment de temps devant elle, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©es bredouilles, obligĂ©es de partir le ventre vide. Et aucun geste n’a Ă©tĂ© fait. TrĂšs déçue. Donc faites attention Ă  ça lorsque vous rĂ©servez !

Moyen pour 4 nuit

A part le lit que je verifier a chaque jours sauf le dimanche qui m ont change le lit,alors qu il avais le panneaux ne pas dérange, en plus le truc pour le papier ete cassé, je n etais pas contente. J etais fatigué a tout temps vérifier les taches, les cheveux etc, par contte le reste ete bien propres et le personnel sont trÚs bien

Je frĂ©quente cet Ă©tablissement quand celui oĂč j’ai mes habitudes n’est pas dispo. J’y passe des nuits blanches : les papiers sont Ă©pais comme du papier Ă  cigarettes, d’une chambre Ă  l’autre aucune confidentialitĂ© mĂȘme dans les conversations. La proximitĂ© avec la supĂ©rette fait que tous les matins livraisons de marchandises qui commencent vers 4h30-5h puis vers 6h c’est La Poste qui prend le relais. Au pied de l’établissement, un container pour dĂ©pĂŽt de verre disponible toute la nuit, les dĂ©pĂŽts par les commerces du coin commencent vers 23h30, minuit et se poursuivent jusqu’à 1h30-2h30, parfois les badauds prennent le relais. Bref les nuits sont trĂšs courtes voire nuit blanche totale, je me dĂ©place pour raisons professionnelles, je ne recherche pas le sommeil et la fatigue. Propre et personnel trĂšs gentil !
