Friendly and helpful staff in Reception. The air conditioner leaked and repaired with temporary fix. Technician never returned to complete repair and we were finally able to change rooms on the last night. Convenient location to cruise ship port.

This hotel was great. Perfect location as it is a block away from the river. Many stores and restaurants near by. B The staff could not have been nicer, our room was very clean and very roomy. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable. The rooms are large, beds are very good and location is great. The parking is also very convenient as street parking would be very difficult to find. The breakfast area is much too small to accomodate all the guests. The buffet at 14 euros is a little expensive for the selection. They do however offer an alternative of a continental breakfast at 7 euros which is more reasonable. You must mention it however as they will offer the buffet first. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We would stay there again.

We arrived early to avoid the forecast storm (which didn't materialise) Staff were excellent and got us a room before the check in time. Staff also helped us get our boarding passes printed and gave excellent advice on where to go in Lyon

Nice hotel. Good location to restaurants and tours. Staff very friendly and helpful. The lift was not working but staff helped carry luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was good.
