The receptionist who welcomed us was really kind but the following morning I walked the dog and when I returned I had to use a code to get in,which I was not made aware, buzzed three times and the female receptionist was at the desk ignoring the buzzer. Great hotel with a wonderful upgrade. Very convenient, great bed and linens and great shower. This was at the end of a cycling trip and they helped us with our bikes and arranging a hotel to the airport that would fit our boxed bikes. Close to old town and many restaurants.

David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

look no further and stay with best western!

Location is good, close to river and walking distance to good restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, shower was hot and strong enough. Staff were professional and friendly, I had left my wallet behind after I checked out and the staff assisted me swiftly and were very helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
