It's was very difficult to find the hotel, why isn't there a big sine above the hotel? I always in love with new buildings, but this old building was nice for one time ;) We had a very big room, a family room. That was super!

Lovely hotel!

We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely hotel with great service. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities. We also had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay here again if back in Lyon.

Hotel overall, staff and breakfast were very good. Area felt a little unsafe at night. We booked a room with two beds and we got one bed plus a totally run down sofa bed instead (it didnt close all the way anymore). The chair had a large stain on its fabric seat. The large bed was very comfortable though and the bathroom was in excellent condition.

Good stay for business

Good hotel, great restaurant and wonderful breakfast buffet. Located at Perrache train station, very convenient. Staff were very helpful.

The privilege room was large and great for a toddler to run around in between going out to see Lyon. Despite being next to the train station, the room was extremely quiet. Bed was comfortable, and they provided a lot of amenities.

Hotel was well located and service was friendly and very nice people to deal with. However. A/C was not cooling with the excuse that is centrally managed and since it’s not summer yet they cannot I have it on 😡 Front desk was nice to provided a fan after asking.

This beautiful hotel was located next to a train station which made our traveling convenient and easy. We loved the use of the back entrance as we walked everywhere. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was a good size for the 3 adults. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the mini fridge. My daughter is attending LCU and it was perfectly located to walk into Vieux Lyon and the Bellacour Square.

The Mercure hotel was located at a very weird area. The hotel check in was terrible staff were very disappointing and didn’t help at all. The elevator was very small and did not fit more than 2 people. There was also only one elevator which for a hotel that big was ridiculous. The service and staff overall were terrible. This was a very disappointing experience.
