Loved this place
Although the pool doesn’t look like the pictures it was of great release to our two children. Food and drinks all great.
Nice classic business style rooms.
Staff were excellent especially security who helped us park our van in the secure underground parking lot.
Great hotel for families, with an outdoor pool for hot weather, a little games area in reception and lots of high chairs in the restaurant. A little out of the way but very well connected to public transport, both tram and underground so we were able to see everywhere on our list. Would recommend.
This hotel is close to the tram stop which was very convenient. The hotel looks newer and that is reflected in the rooms. The room was large for three people. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was extensive! There was coconut yogurt and almond milk for those that don't eat dairy.
The hotel is nice and clean.
The issue is with the rooms when you book.
On Expedia, it shows me certain images in relation to the room, and a size. And l booked based on these information. But when l got to the hotel my so called SUIT was a big room with a balcony and a so called living area with 2 hospital bed on extremely small area and separated by the door that goes in the bedroom! And NO WINDOWS!
Me and my husband had to sleep in the door while our children were sleeping in the bedroom. I went downstairs at 12 in the night and asked them why I've been offered that weird room instead of the one advertised on Expedia.
And they said that is because some SUITS are 450 square metres and other 200 and something square metres and are allocated on first come first taken basis.
Ive asked for next night to be offered the big SUIT that l first chosen based on the pictures from Expedia website.
The person from the desk promised me that will put a message in the system and will let the other people who will come to work in the morning to allocat the big SUIT. In the morning my husband checked with the Receptionist and been told to come back after 4 o'clock afternoon to take the new room because is not ready until then.
We went out and came back at 5. Surprise surprise. The new Receptionist told us that she can't change our room because we've missed the cleaning time of our room which was till 3 o'clock!
I wasn't give up easy this time and after a long debat I was offered
I loved our family suite that came with free complimentary drinks in our fridge and complimentary toiletries. However the lighting in the main bedroom was poor design.

Okay for one night
Service was good, location was good, breakfast was good and secure parking in the garage. The rooms could need an upgrade, but it’s okay for one night. The pool is a lot smaller in real life than it looks like in the picture.
Good stay, safe parking, close tram stops from where you can easily reach the old city. Front desk staff was very nice, helpful, with a good sence of humour and made us feel very welcomed.
Some water in the room would have been nice.
Clean hotel with the bare essentials. Location is a distance from historic region of Lyon~ 3 miles. Walking it took us 45 minutes but public transit is really close. Restaurant on site is limited in hours and only serves breakfast and dinner at set times. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed there before and its a nice and conveniently located hotel. It get's a bit old and some of the fixtures would require updating. The restaurant was nice and the food good. We will come back when travelling in this direction next time

Nothing bad but nothing good was what we agreed Asa a family. Staff were the bright point, very helpful and friendly.
Good base in the south of Lyon city centre - 5 mins walk to a tram stop to travel into the city centre. The Breakfast buffet had a lot of options for us as a family. The communal pool is small, but good - towels for the pool are 2 euros from reception. Parking is underground at 14 euros. Restaurant on an evening is friendly.

Rooms very small for 2 adults plus 1 child. Is out of the way but tram & metro close by.
Room and bathroom need updating. Although beds are very comfortable & breakfast is good.
From arrival the lady serving us greeted me with a friendly ‘bonjour’ and when I said Hello in English, her face instantly changed to a look of disgust….do your staff not like the British? I don’t complain easily but unfortunately due to the events as follows we were really let down. The room really wasnt up to an executive standard. the mattresses and pillows are VERY stained, there is only one bin for the whole place and thats in the bathroom, the walls are so thin we could hear everyone in other rooms so sleeping was difficult. we didnt have any complimentary items in the fridge-no water, soft drinks or food. there were no free toiletries in the bathroom as stated.the shower is too low so we had to stoop under it and the adjustable shower head doesnt work. the shower tray is dirty and the conditioner bottle empty. There is no rail when coming out and is dangerous to take a big step down.we were only given 2 coffee pods and one dressing gown for a family of 4.1 cracked mug by the kettle. 2 of the wall sockets dont work and we tried several plugs so its definitely the sockets. the interjoining door to another room doesnt lock so the otherside could easily walk in if they wanted but we put things against the door just in case. the advert for the stay is misleading as it says a seperate bedroom but its all in one room! i had to ask for all the missing items and was brought a chocolate bar, 3 cans for the fridge and for the fridge and some paper cups. No water bottles
We stayed here during the heat wave in June because the hotel had AC and a pool. The room was small, but nice and cool. The pool needs maintenance, but was a nice respite from the heat. Overall a nice property and good price. Location is close to the confluence museum, but not much else. We took the tram and metro to get to the main part of the city.
Very good value for money and would stay again. Was only troubled by the cold food not being covered at breakfast and observing flies walking on the cheese! Food needs to be chilled and covered to reduce the risk of this.
