"It is a very nice and clean facility. The only thing i would change is signage. The long hallway guest walks down should have a map of the casino. It's a huge place and there should be more directions to get around"

"I was in the original tower, the room showed some signs of wear beyond what I would typically expect. The leather seating areas around the property really needs a deep clean. I’m not even picky but if I noticed anyone would notice. They have free drinks when gambling but good luck actually finding a cocktail waitress, especially on the table games. The pool area looked nice but was closed during my stay. The free airport shuttle is a nice perk, but they no longer offer a shuttle to the strip which is about 20 min and I think around $40 fare."

"Room was clean and stocked with everything you would need. Loved having the seperate shower and deep tub. The pool/hot tub area was great. Just wish the pool was heated a little. Silverton Casino was a 1 minute walk which was convenient. Plus there are so many food and shopping options within a 5 min drive. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was a terrible experience due to extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The hallways were filled with construction debris, trash, dust, buckets of materials, and exposed wall openings. It looked like an active construction zone rather than a hotel guests should be walking through. Piles of garbage and materials were left throughout the corridor, creating clear trip hazards and making the entire floor feel neglected and unsafe. Yes, the hotel eventually moved us to an “upgrade,” but that doesn’t change the fact that the initial conditions were unacceptable. It honestly felt more like an attempt to smooth things over rather than properly address the situation. The experience left a very poor impression, and no guest should have to walk through what looked like a construction dump just to get to their room."

"this location is set back from traffic, so not much noise to disturb you (I'm a light sleeper). Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety and plenty of seating. will be back"
