“The rooms are in poor condition and the sheets are all stained. The woman manager is customer service oriented though and very helpful- she was great and trying her best to accommodate needs. The man manager there is terrible. He has no idea what customer service means and if you would like to stay in business the woman is great, but reconsider having the man there because you will no longer have clients. The reviews online should be more accurate to know what to expect from this property.”

“We like the bee up grade to rooms from our last stay. What we don’t like is that room doesn’t have ironing board and irons anymore. We forgot our pillows noticed that when we got home . But other than that we loved our stay”

“During one night of my stay, I saw approximately 7–10 cockroaches in the room. Then they would run and hide into small areas were you couldn’t get them. I wanted to share this so future guests are aware and so management can address the issue. This needs to be addressed.”

“The room was not clean. There were many cockroaches and ants throughout the room. The bedsheets had several stains, and I couldn’t tell if they had been properly cleaned or replaced. Only one sheet was provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower curtain had mold on it and smelled bad. The air conditioner was also not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable. “Driveway is narrow, only room for one direction either way at any time. The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but management gave us another room no questions asked. Lankershim Blvd tends to be noisy but that's not the buildings fault. Parking is adequate for a building of it's size. Otherwise you're parking on the street. A good place to get some sleep overall. Bed was noisy, so don't plan on getting wild. The whole building will know.”

“Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Competent and friendly staff. Quiet clean room. We usually are disappointed in free hotel breakfast offerings but we were really pleased with the variety and quality of the food. We travel this way often and will definitely return.”
