"LiVEMAX provides a limited number of dog friendly rooms. It’s important to secure one by calling in advance. We really appreciated this important service at an affordable price. This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too."

"The Odaiba area of Tokyo is a lovely place to be and the Grand Nikko is very conveniently situated for the monorail into central Tokyo and for the adjacent shopping centres. "Excellent location and restaurants in the hotel, train station was near by, on site parking was easy and Shinagawa train station is less then a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful also "
"The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly. "
"First time in Japan and this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the bathroom view queen room and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Staff was very accommodating and friendly"
