โOutstanding Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional
This wasnโt my first stay at Lapita Hotel Dubai, and it definitely wonโt be my last. What truly stood out this time was the incredible staff, especially Marry at the reception. Despite the room issue being entirely my mistakeโand even more complicated because the booking was through a third partyโshe went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She literally jumped through hoops to make things right, and did so with grace and patience.

โThis hotel, just open now for 4 months, is truly a hidden gem! It is located in the picturesque Expo 2020 city a 10 minute walk from the subway. It's mostly car free (though there is parking available) and we spent 2 weeks in a truly gorgeous hotel. The staff are all extremely well trained (I think the General Manager Christian Potvin had a lot to do with it and hired some really smart people) I would definitely recommend for those who want peace and quiet waking to the sounds of birds.โ
โafter dubai big rain still road bolck so it make me take long time fo find way to hotel. at night without notice pool party had gone by 3am. big big noise make me wake up. i dont want to visit againโ
โI enjoyed my stay in Millennium Lakeview. It is very calm, clean and the lake makes it very charming .
The staff are wonderful, pleasant and very helpful especially at the reception.
I shall definitely come backโ
