"Very Disappointing Cleanliness and Property Maintenance The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the hotel were extremely disappointing. The cleaning standards were very poor, and there were no towels available at all, not even clean ones. The property itself was not well maintained and clearly needs significant improvement. "Wonderful"

"Great place. Very clean I wish if there was washer or dryer. But the how clean and the service was great. And the main thing the swimming pool is covered."

"Clean room good staff and good value"

"Buffet dinner and breakfast was fantastic, some of the amenities were under renovations, but the property still had lots to offer. Beautiful hotel and would recommend to anyone!"

"Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. Try jarjir with strawberry salad for the full experience. Some small things might not be working occasionally (cattle in the room) but it doesnt spoil much your experience ."

"Spacious rooms, beautiful resort, delicious food and helpful staff. We really liked our stay here."
