“Really nice greating,very clean room all amenities are 💯, breakfast time at 8.30am multiple menu(full English was lovely)served with tea, coffee orange/apple juice etc,5min walk to the beach skeggy/high street and train station, definitely recommend you won't be disappointed I'm definitely returning again💯😁”

“A great location a street back from the beach. The hotel was clean and there was an excellent choice for the continental breakfast. The room was comfy and had a hairdryer, complementary toothbrush/paste, shower cap, ear plugs etc. We stayed with our 2 children who loved the large sized bunk beds. The host was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. A lovely stay in a good location. Would recommend!”

“Lyndsay Guesthouse is in a very good location for Skegness seafront.The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The bedroom was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Alan & Linda are very friendly hosts and welcomed us to their guesthouse.Would recommend”

“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. ”

“We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...
