"My husband and I with our 2 corgis stayed here. It’s an older motel but is a great place to stay. Room was clean, staff was nice, parking right in front of room. There is a restaurant on site that has good food and reasonable prices so you don’t have to wonder far if you don’t want to. The best part of all they are pet friendly. Any place that allows you to stay with your whole family gets my vote!"

"The breakfast was weak. The hotel needs a good overhaul. Rooms were clean enough. Rust in the tub, hallways rough, bathroom had smell. The hotel needs some TLC."

"The room was nice and spacious. Ours overlooked the boardwalk and harbour. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our Nova Scotia trip, we rate this as our favourite. Parking was available in the lot next door. We had lunch at a restaurant down the street. Due to the heavy rain, we decided to to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. Not the best we’ve had this trip but it was convenient."

"The only negative I can say, is that the dining room is in another building and it was pouring with rain when we needed to go for breakfast. The property does have quite steep inclines to walk to the dining room. If you are a senior or have mobility concerns make sure to ask for a ground floor room. Other than that, it was great."
